Patsy J. Terrill – Heltonville
Patsy J. Terrill, 80, of Heltonville, died Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at her residence.
Born January 3, 1934, she was the daughter of Everett and Lula (Swigler) Turpin. She married Ford Junior Terrill on April 16, 1949 and he preceded her in death on May 14, 1997. She was an assembler for Sarkes-Tarzian in Bloomington.
Survivors include a son, Keith Terrill of Heltonville; two daughters, Debra Hollingsworth and husband, Donald and Pamela Terrill all of Bloomington; a son-in-law, Marvin Harrell of Medora; grandchildren, D.L. Hollingsworth and wife, Julie, Mike Hollingsworth all of Bloomington, Chris Hollingsworth and wife, Shonna of Lawrenceville, IL, Melissa, Jared and Amanda Crane all of Ellettsville, Lorena Terrill of Bedford, Jeremy Terrill of Heltonville, Jason Harrell of Ohio and Kristy Bex of Bedford; several great grandchildren; two sisters, Phyllis Johnson of Heltonville and Barbara Hauser of Pennsylvania; a brother, Jess Turpin; a brother-in-law, Joe Johnson of Heltonville; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, Beverly Harrell; a sister, Linda Johnson and a brother, Virgil Turpin.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, at Mundell Cemetery with John Lee officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 2 at the Day & Carter Mortuary.

Patsy P. Gilliland – Bedford
Patsy P. Gilliland, 79, of Bedford, died at 7:20 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2014 at the home of her granddaughter in Orleans.
Born July 19, 1935 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Charlie and Mary (Asdell) Tincher. She married Jesse P. Gilliland on December 31, 1952 and he preceded her in death on May 24, 2004. She was an assembly worker at Visteon and a member of the Eagles Lodge and I.U.E. Union.
Survivors include two daughters, Susie York, Mary P. Paul and husband, Jeff, all of Bedford; a son, Jesse D. (Bubba) Gilliland and wife, Mary Lou of Bedford; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two brothers, Charles Tincher, Jr. and wife, Edith, Sam Tincher and wife, Dorothy all of Bedford; two sisters, Mary Ethel Turpin of Owensburg and Sue Harris of Bedford.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, David Gilliland; two sisters, Sara Cox and Joan Cassidy; two brothers, Bill and Eugene Tincher.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 am on Friday, October 3, 2014 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with John Lee officiating. Burial will follow in Leatherwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 2nd at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
