Shirley Yaney 79, of Bedford died Tuesday, August 12, 2014.

William “Bill” Busch – Bedford
William “Bill” Busch, 76, of Bedford, passed away on Sunday August 10, 2014 at 7:20 a.m. at Garden Villa in Bedford.
Cremation was chosen, a celebration of Bill’s life will be at a later date.

Richard D. Pahmeier – Williams

Richard D. Pahmeier, 58, of Williams, passed away on Saturday August 9, 2014 at 4:45 a.m. at IU Health at Bloomington Hospital.
He was born on May 25, 1956 in Linton, Indiana to Richard “Dick” Pahmeier and Sherry (Franklin) Pahmeier. He graduated from Manoma Grove High School in Wisconsin. He was an US Army veteran; he was a mechanic and laborer. Richard liked being outdoors, loved riding his Harley, fishing, hunting and camping, loved his dog Duke.
Survivors include his mother; Sherry Pahmeier and her companion Willard Lindsey of Bedford, Richard’s companion Rosey, two brothers, Jan Pahmeier of Terre Haute, Gordon (Pam) Pahmeier of Wisconsin, four sisters, Vicki (Troy) Lee of Bedford, Toni (Larry) Wood of Arkansas, Traci (Jimmy) Kestler of Louisville, and Charmine (Tommy) Cardwell of New Albany, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins
He was preceded in death by his father Richard “Dick” Pahmeier on July 23, 2007 and his grandparents.
Friends may call on Thursday August 14, 2014 from 1 p.m. till 5 p.m.at Cresthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. at Cresthaven Funeral Home, and cremation will follow services
Mary L. East – Bedford
Mary L. East, 85, of Bedford, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2014, at StoneBridge Health Campus in Bedford.
The daughter of Alonzo and Minnie (Whitted) Speer, she was born February 22, 1929, in Bedford, IN.
Mary graduated from Shawswick High School in 1947. She retired from NSWC Crane in 1989 after 15 years of service.
Mary married William East, Jr. on August 17, 1958. Bill preceded her in death in 2011. Her parents and her brother, James Speer, also preceded her.
Mary is survived by a son, Michael Allen and his wife, Carolyn, of Sanford, FL; two daughters, Carolyn Godsey and her husband, Wilburn, of Monticello, KY, and Billie Bannister and her husband, Murfin, of The Villages, FL; and two generations of grandchildren.
Other survivors include Mary’s brothers, Walter and Fred Speer and their wives, Mary Ann and Jeannie, respectively; sisters- and brother-in-law, Laverne Speer, Creston and Kathleen East, and Anna Brickweg; and several nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Dayla Jackson, and is survived by stepdaughters, Julie Graham and Cassie Hill.
There will be no memorial services. Interment will be at Pinhook Christian Church cemetery in Lawrence County, IN.
Services are under the direction of Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, Bedford.
