Dearmand E. Penman – Bedford
Dearmand E. Penman, 59, of Bedford, died at 6:38 pm on Friday, July 4th at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital.
Arrangements are pending at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
Anna Jeanette Wilson Lee – Springville
Anna Jeanette Wilson Lee, 82, of Springville formerly of Owensburg, died at 4:33 a.m. on Friday, July 4, 2014 at her residence.
Born June 21, 1932 in Warren County, IN she was the daughter of Elmer and Toy (Hurley) Wilson. She married Robert S. Lee in 1947 and he preceded her in death on January 2, 1973. She retired from G.E.in Bloomington. Anna was a member of the Popcorn Christian Church. She loved getting together with family; she enjoyed reading and gospel and bluegrass music.
Survivors include one daughter: Karan Dishman and her husband Marvin of Springville; three sons: Robert Lee and his wife Donna of Loogootee, Daniel Lee of Springville, and James Lee and his wife Jodee of Stanford, IN; one sister: Virginia Taylor of Columbus; one brother: John Roush of Garrett, IN; seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Robert, one brother: Everett Roush; and two sisters: Pauline Chambers, and Imogene Eads.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 8th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Dee Kinman officiating. Burial will follow in the Owensburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 pm until 8 pm on Monday, July 7th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the Popcorn Christian Church youth ministries.

Thomas D. Fields – Owensburg
Thomas D. Fields, 76, of Owensburg died at 12:27 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the IU Health Bedford Hospital.
Born January 18, 1938 in Owensburg, IN he was the son of Max and Edith (Hayes) Fields. He retired from General Motors.
Survivors include two sons: Doug Fields of Owensburg, Dean Fields and his wife Reagan of Ellettsville; two
grandchildren: Andy and Cassie Fields both of Ellettsville; two brothers: Donald and Denny Fields.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Dale, and David Fields; and two sisters: Molly Judah, and Billy Fields.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Owensburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until the service hour on Tuesday.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, or the American Cancer Society.
