Brenda Sue Eagan – Bedford
Brenda Sue Eagan, 68, of Bedford, died at 8:30 am on Monday, May 12, 2014 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital.
Born July 3, 1945 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Erza and Mary (Lively) Brown. She married Gerald Eagan on October 27, 1961 and he survives. She was a homemaker and beloved wife and mother.
Survivors include her husband, Gerald, of Bedford; a son, Jason Eagan of Bedford; two daughters, Deanna Crane and husband, Richard, of Bedford, Melissa Hamilton and husband, Burt, of Mitchell; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; two sisters, Rosetta Root and Patty Baxter both of Bedford.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, David Brown.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Thursday, May 15th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with Johnny Earl officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, May 14th at Day & Carter Mortuary.

Wayne Girdley, 84, of Bloomington, passed away on Sunday May 11, 2014 at his residence.

Cathy Ann White Ross – Bedford
Cathy Ann White Ross, 58, of Bedford, died at 5:48 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2014, at Garden Villa, Bedford.
Born November 8, 1955, in Bedford, she was the daughter of William and Betty (Harrison) White. She was the manager of Circle K, 16th Street, Bedford and was of the Protestant Faith.
Surviving are one daughter, Wendy Krause, Bedford; grandchildren Andrew, Christopher, and Mya Burris; Alexus Graves; and Mason Fisher; one sister, Cheryl Polley, Bloomington; one brother, William “Rocky” White, Seymour, IN; three aunts, E-Bell Harrison, Bedford; Carolyn Broughton, Williams; and Pat Moore, Indianapolis; one uncle, Freddie Harrison, Bedford; her god-daughter, Jessica Graves; her god-son, Harold “Boo” Leatherman; and several cousins, nieces and nephews; and her friend Gina Hancock, Bedford, her caretaker before she entered the nursing home.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, Bedford, with Mark Sharp officiating. Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
