Wanda Anderson
Wanda F. Anderson, 72, of Bedford, died at 12:55 a.m. on Monday at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospice House.
Born Jan. 13, 1941, in McRoberts, Ky., she was the daughter of Morgan and Katheryn (Bennet) Osborne. She married Stephen Anderson on June 30, 1961, and he survives.
She was a graduate of Needmore High School with the Class of 1958. She was a homemaker and had worked at RCA, Trav-Ler Radio and Television Corp., and GM.
She was a member of First Baptist Church and attended Englewood Baptist Church.
She enjoyed playing cards with family and her friends, Robert and Bonnie Stalker, traveling and going out with Bob and Virginia Hayes.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen; a son, Jeffery S. Anderson; a sister, Sandra Lovell; four nieces, Teresa, Bobbi Jo, Ashley and Madelyn Lovell; three nephews, Roger, Ernie and Rex Lovell; sister-in-law, Marsha Stauffer and husband, Sam; and a beloved cousin, Pruda Burcham.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Gary Wayne Anderson; father and mother-in-law, Marshall and Ruby Anderson and brother-in-law, Bob Lovell.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor David Ferry officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday at the mortuary.

Mary Crouch
Mary “Marie” Crouch, 94, of Orleans, died Monday at her home.
She was born Nov. 12, 1918, in Bloomfield, Ky., the daughter of Henderson H. and Amanda May Kays Hahn. She married Oscar Crouch on Jan. 2, 1947. He preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 2004.
Mary was a homemaker and a member of Mount Horeb Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Janes of Georgia; two daughters, Brenda Leach of Bedford and Diane Fleenor Pittenger of Louisville, Ky.; one sister, Geneva Richardson of Orleans; 10 grandchildren, Cathy Lee, Shelley Wigley, Lori Parker, Debbie Alton, Ryan James, Beth Thompson, Marla Hoke, Brian Morgan, Doug Morgan and Melissa Anderson; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, two brothers; nine sisters; and one daughter.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Ochs-Tetrick Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Williams officiating, with burial to follow in Old Union Cemetery, Orleans.
Friends are invited to visitation from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Jackie L. Phillips
Jackie Lee Phillips, 49 of Bloomington, passed away Monday at his residence.
Born Sept. 7, 1963, in Bedford, he was the son of Frank LeRoy Phillips and Juanita (Lee) Phillips Meadows.
Jackie worked for the Local Laborer’s Union.
Surviving relatives include his three sons, Nathan Kyle Cox of French Lick, Travis Lee Phillips and Danny Thomas Phillips, both of Bloomington; one grandson, Isaac Brandon Cox, of French Lick; one brother, Larry (Linda) Phillips of Springville; two sisters, Angela (Dan) Cowell of Solsberry and Amanda Evans (Tommy Schoolcraft) of Bedford; and several nieces and nephews.
Jackie was preceded in death by one grandson, Brandon Dean Cox; and his parents.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. until the service on Saturday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Jenkins Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Giggy officiating. Burial will follow at Owensburg Cemetery.
The family wishes any donations be made to the Owensburg Cemetery in care of Jenkins Funeral Home.
