The following obituaries were received for Monday –


Delores “Jean” Howard – Bedford
Delores “Jean” Howard, 71, of Bedford, passed away at 2:01 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2012 at IU Health Bedford.
Born June 5, 1941 in Bedford, Indiana, she was the daughter of Wilbur and Margie
(Duncan) Evans. She was employed at RCA in Bloomington, for over 20 years; then worked at Visteon in Bedford for 17 years until her retirement. She was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Bedford.
Survivors include, one son, Scott Howard and wife Janelle, of Bedford; two daughters, Kim and husband Louie Kovacs III, of Bedford; Christy and husband Scott Waldon, of Ellettsville; Seven grandchildren, Chris, Ashley and Kaylee Howard; Tyler, Allison and Emily Kovacs, Logan Waldon; three brothers, Sonny Evans and wife Becky, Roger Evans and wife Linda and Bob Evans; 6 sisters, Peg and husband Paul Nikirk, Sharon and husband Jimmy Jackson, Francie and husband Lee Wade, Nancy and husband Mike Barnes, Gracie and husband Davie Goodman and Janie and husband Larry Corn; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ronnie Evans.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with Father Rick Eldred officiating. Burial will be in the Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home.

Constance “Connie” L. Hankins – Loogootee
Constance “Connie” L. Hankins, 78, of Loogootee, passed away at her home at 9:10 a.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012. She was born on May 23, 1934 in Fortville, Indiana to Ralph K. and Hazel Hankins, who preceded her in death.
Connie was a homemaker and was a babysitter in her younger years. She was a wonderful mom and grandma, who loved her family deeply. She could make you laugh even when she was in pain. She will be missed by her family.
Survivors include three sons, Michael L. and Garry W. Tedrow, both of Loogootee, Kenneth Eugene Tedrow, of Kentucky; two daughters, Barbara Sue Tedrow, of Loogootee, Vickie L. and George D. Brown, of Jasper; five grandchildren, Angie and husband Rod Divine, of Washington, Curtis D. Brown and wife Diane, of Shoals, Tony Brown and wife Crystal, of Jasper, Brian Tedrow and Shantel Tedrow, of Washington; three sisters, Midge Hess and Sandra McCann, both of Kansas City, Missouri and Sue Jones, of Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents, grandson David E. “Bim” Simmons, Travis Dwayne Tedrow; sister Mabel Tedrow and brothers Ralph Jr. and William Bell.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 1 p.m. with visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the service at Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals. Cremation will follow.
