The following obituaries were received for Wednesday –


Leslie Dawn Mitchell – Fayetteville
Leslie Dawn Mitchell, 42, of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born September 23, 1970 in Lawrence County she was the daughter of Lester “Bud and Judy (Dobson) Mitchell. She was formerly married to Jerry Sweigart. She worked in the receiving department of Lowe’s Home Improvement Store in Bedford and attended Rivers Edge Community Church.
Survivors include her father and step-mother Lester “Bud” and Neysa Mitchell, of Fayetteville; a daughter, Sharayah Sweigart, of Fayetteville; a sister, Cyndi Coldren and husband David, of Moncks Corner, SC; two step-sisters, Leysa Nichols and husband Aaron, of Bedford, Layne Bailey and husband Buck, of Mitchell; a step-brother, Eric Lewis, of Fayetteville; two nieces, Delaney and Kylie Coldren, of SC. and a step-daughter, Allison Sweigart, of Jasper.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 26th at the Fayetteville Baptist Church with Pastors Kenny Walden and Phil Thorne officiating. Burial will follow in the Fayetteville Community Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 25th at the Day & Carter Mortuary and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday at the Fayetteville Baptist Church.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the Hope Resource Center.

Donald R. Puckett – Bedford
Donald R. Puckett, 71, of Bedford, passed away at 2:33 a.m. on Sunday, October, 21, 2012 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital.
Born May 9, 1941 in Bedford, he was the son of Raymond and Ilene (Emery) Puckett. He was a state insurance supervisor for Royal Neighbors Insurance and a graduate of Indiana University.
Survivors include a son, Art Puckett and a daughter Donna Case.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Dive Cemetery. No calling hours are scheduled.
