Gage Rumsey Lutes – Bedford
Gage Rumsey Lutes, 20, of Bedford, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2012 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born June 14, 1991 in Bedford, he was the son of Shannon (Haley) and David Cobb and Joseph E. and Stacie Lutes. He married Katelyn Brammer and she survives. Gage worked from M&F Vending and was a News Director for WBIW radio station. He was a 2010 graduate of BNL. Gage was active in the Little Theatre of Bedford, loved radio and his community. He also appeared on the Nancy Grace show as a contributor.
Survivors include his wife Katelyn, of Bedford; one son, Atticus Orion Lutes, of Bedford; one expected son, Neekolai Gage Lutes; his mother and father, Shannon Cobb and David Cobb, of Bedford; his father Joseph E. Lutes and wife Stacie, of Sallisaw, OK; grandparents, Guy and Susie Rumsey, of Bedford; Ellen Lutes, of Bloomington; mother and father-in-law, Terry Brammer and wife Linda, of Harrodsburg; grandparent in-law, Bill and wife, Marilyn Grotendick, of Richmond and Marge Brammer, of Greenfield; four brothers, Retsan Lutes, Mason Lutes, Lawson Woods, all of Bedford and Andrew Lutes, of Sallisaw, OK.; a step sister, Caitlin Richmond, of Sallisaw, OK.; a step brother, Matthew Richmond, of Sallisaw, OK; a brother-in-law, Logan Brammer; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jerry Lutes; and Uncle Steve Richardson and a cousin Chad Rumsey.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 7th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
The family asks that memorial contribution be consider to prepare a fund for Gage’s wife and children.

Graeson James Salzmann – Bedford
Graeson James Salzmann, infant son of Shane and Jacki (Faubion) Salzmann passed away at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at St. Vincent Women’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born May 27, 2012 in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his parents, Shane and Jacki Salzmann, of Bedford; two sisters, Emma and Lauren Salzman, at home; maternal grandmother, Teresa Bopugh, of Avoca; paternal grandmother, Lynn Bryan and husband Bob, of Minnesota; aunts Kylee Bough, of Bedford; Andrea Donnells and husband Charlie, of Seymour; Danielle Salzmann, of Indianapolis and Kayla Fortner, of Minnesota.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6th at Dive Cemetery with Pastor John Lane, officiating. Burial will follow in Dive Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.

Ronnie J.Byrd – Bedford
Ronnie J. Byrd, 60, of Bedford, passed away at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2012 at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital.
Born April 22, 1952 in Bedford, he was the son of James Thomas and Betty Lou (McGinness) Byrd.
He was a member of Mount Pleasant Christian Church. He went to the LARC Center daily and was surrounded by many friends. He also worked at the Times-Mail and D&D Quick Stop.
Survivors include his three sisters, Mary Simmons, Barbara Medlock, Regina Walls, all of Bedford; four brothers, Tom and Charles Byrd, of Williams and Troy and Jerry Byrd, of Bedford; two half brothers, Gary and Richard; four half sisters, Doris, Judy, Linda, Beth alos his family at the Elliott House where he lived for the last 19 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Vicki Byrd; step-mother Loberta Byrd.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Caswell and Rev. William Brimm officiating. Burial will be at Old Union Cemetery in Fayetteville.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
