Agnes Irene Blevins – Huron
Agnes Irene Blevins, 94, of Huron, passed away at 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2012, at Indiana University Hospice Center in Bloomington.
Born August 27, 1917, in Huron, she was the daughter of John Carl and Margaret Dora (Schiller) Jones. She married James Frederick “Fred” Blevins December 5, 1936, and he preceded her in death June 2, 1972.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Huron Baptist Church. Agnes graduated from Huron High School in 1935.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Kay (Blevins) Waggoner, of Orleans; grandchildren, Debra Ann (Blevins) Stefanek and husband, James, of Brownsburg, son, James Carl Blevins and wife, Patricia Ann (Burton), of Norman, Jeffrey James Blevins and wife, Sheila, of Medora, Bryan Lee Waggoner, of Pompano Beach, Florida, Ryan Len Waggoner and wife, April, of Prossor, Texas, Angela Dee Blevins, of Lakeland, Florida, Kevin Dee Waggoner and wife, Robin, of Westfield, Jamie Leigh (Blevins) Walker and husband, Gregory, of Medora; great grandchildren, Patricia Ann (Stefanek) Day and husband, Jon, Katherine Marie Stefanek, David James Stefanek, Clayton James Blevins and wife, Karmen, Calen Jo Blevins, Grant Lee Waggoner, Lindsey Nicole Waggoner, Kelsey Ann Walker, Nolan Dale Walker; great great granddaughter, Lily Ann Day.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son-in-law, Jack Earl Waggoner; brother, Glen William Jones and sisters, Alta Mae (Jones) Dieringer and Della Florence (Jones) Knight.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 23, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Ron Allender and Rev. Larry Williams officiating. Burial will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9:30 a.m. until the service on
Friday, at the funeral home.

Colin Crose – Bedford
Colin Crose, 28, of Bedford, died Sunday, March 18, 2012.
Born June 19, 1983, in Madison County, he was the son of Glen Crose and Debra (Celmer) Hettle.
He was a senior calibration technician at Baxter in Bloomington. He was a member of the N.R.A. and the Bedford Boat & Sportsmen’s Club. He loved to hunt and fish.
A special young man left us Sunday. We were blessed to have him for 28 years. He was our son, our brother and our hero.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jerome and Debra Hettle; his father and stepmother, Glen and Betty Crose; paternal grandmother, Mary Crose; stepsister, Carla Hettle; aunt, Debbie Stout; and his longtime girlfriend, Kaycie Collins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Glenis Crose; and his girlfriend, Terra Cowles.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Alan Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
