Janet Fay Asbury – Mitchell
Janet Fay Asbury, 57, passed away at 8:00 a.m. Sunday, March 4, 2012, at her home.
Born June 24, 1954 in Bedford, she was the daughter of William Grover and Eula May
(Adams) Asbury. She was engaged to James William Isenhour of Mitchell.
She was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother, and enjoyed Native American culture.
Survivors include her children, Terry Ray Karnes and wife Jennifer, of Mitchell, Misty Dawn and husband Mitchell McDonald, of Pekin. Shelly Roberts and husband Rudy Holt, of Bedford, Lora and husband Rick Pulley, of Mitchell, Sherry and husband Philip Onion, of Mitchell, Marie and husband David Garcia, of Williams; 18 grandchildren; Rick Asbery, of Bedford and Jay Asbery, Kentucky and Jeff Asbery, of Salem, David Asbury, of Mitchell, Wayne Asbery, of Orleans, Elizabeth Asbury, of Kentucky, Bertha Asbury, Lexington, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at Chastain Funeral Home.
Cremation was chosen.
