Michael Parker – Mitchell
Michael Parker of Mitchell passed away Friday Night at Indiana University Health Hospital in Paoli at the age of 47.
Michael was born in 1963 in Hot Springs Arkansas to Clarence and Helen Parker.
He was formerly employed at Carpenter Body Works and a graduate of BNL High School.
Michael is survived by his mother Helen, daughter Audrey, son Michael, and sister Cindy.
He is preceded in death by his father and sister Rita.
Visitation is today from 5pm to 7pm at Chastain Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10am at Chastain Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mitchell Cemetery.
Estie Wilson – Bedford
Estie Wilson of Bedford passed away Friday morning at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford at the age of 89.
Born in 1922 in Lawrence County to Jacob and Inez Honeycutt, she married Richard Wilson in 1948 and he preceded her in death in 2008.
Estie was a member of the Oolitic Pentecostal Church and a graduate of Needmore High School.
She is survived by her several great nieces and nephews and several great great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Carrie and brother Everett.
Funeral services will be today at 2pm at Day and Carter with burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
