Corporal Benjamin Ray Nobles – Clever, Missouri
Corporal Benjamin Ray Nobles of Clever, Missouri, known to friends and family as “Ben” passed away Tuesday morning, June 8th at Cox Medical Center in Missouri at the age of 28. Born in 1982 in Marlton, New Jersey to Bryant Nobles and Paula Fraley, he had been married to Amy Childers since 2008, was a aircraft mechanic with the Missouri National Guard and was active in 4-H and F.F.A. Benjamin completed basic training at Fort Jackson, was a MOS power generator specialist with the National Guard and was crew chief at the Shelbyville National Guard. He is survived by his wife; his mother; one half-brother, Paul Nobles; one half-sister, Trenette Mullins; three children, Lauren, Braxton and Jackson Nobles; two step-sons, Kalep and Jakob Tostin. He was preceded in death by his father and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 14th at 1:00PM in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow in Mt. Pleasant Christian Church Cemetery. Military rites will be accorded graveside. Visitation will be from 1:00Pm until 8:00PM on Sunday, June 13th and from 11:00AM until the hour of service on Monday, June 14th.
