Terry David Wessell of Bedford passed away Thursday evening, February 4th at Westview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at the age of 61.
Born in 1948 in Lawrence County to parents, Willis and Violet (McGinness) Wessell, he had been retired from the City of Bedford after 38 years of service with the Street Department and was a member of the Salvation Army.
He is survived by three sisters, Donna Livingston, Diane Staggs and her husband Lannie, Judy Dalton and her husband John; two brothers, Gary Wessel and his wife Rita and Wayne Wessell.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Willis Wessell, Jr.; one brother-in-law, Robert Livingston; and two sisters-in-law, Dot Wessell and Mary Wessell.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 8th at 2:00PM at Ferguson – Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hopkins Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 8:00PM on Sunday, February 7th at Ferguson – Lee Funeral Home.
