James Eliza Price of Bedford passed away Sunday morning at Bloomington Hospital at the age of 71.
Born in 1938 in Owensburg to Arlie Price and Amanda Tilford, James was a volunteer at the Bedford Boys Club, retiree of General Motors and member of Tabernacle of Praise Church.
He is survived by his wife Eleanor, daughter Lynette, sister Etta, step-brother john, 2 granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and step-father Willard.
Services will be held Thursday morning at 10:00am at the Tabernacle of Praise Church with burial to follow at Owensburg Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm tomorrow at Day & Carter Mortuary.
