J. David Schreiner of Bedford passed away Monday afternoon at Stonebridge Health Campus at the age of 82.
Born in 1927 in Indianapolis to Joseph and Julia Schreiner, David was a retired pharmacist having worked in Anderson and Bedford, Army veteran of the MASH unit in the Korean War, and member of the American Pharmaceutical Association, Kappa Psi pharmaceutical fraternity, the John Birch Society and Highview Baptist Church.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews and special friend Doris.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Betty, sister Janet, and brothers Carl, John and Joseph.
Services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:00pm at Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of service tomorrow at Day & Carter.
