William (Yum) Meadows of Bedford passed away Wednesday morning at Bedford Regional Medical Center at the age of 72.
Born in 1936 in Lawrence County to Claude and Lilly Meadows, William was a planerman retiring from Midland Stone Company.
He is survived by his wife Sharon, daughters Valerie, Karman and Kelly, sister Martha, 6 grandchildren, 1 step-grandson, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Maudeline, Mary Jane, Betty, and Mabel, brother James, and one grandson.
Graveside services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:00pm at Bartlettsville Cemetery with burial to follow.
No visitation has been scheduled.
