Juanita Baker of Oolitic passed away Tueday morning at Bedford Regional Medical Center at the age of 76.
Born in 1932 in Lawrence County to Ernie and Clara Voorhies, Juanita was a retiree of Carpenter Body Works and member of Body of Christ Church.
She is survived by her daughter Patricia, sisters Helen, Margaret and Mary, brothers George, Dale and Orval, 2 grandsons and 1 great grandson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sons Jeffrey and James, brothers Estel and Dexter, sister Janet and 1 grandson.
Services will be held Saturday morning at 10:30am at Cresthaven Funeral Home with burial to follow at Owensberg Cemetry.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm tomorrow at Cresthaven.
