Carl David Denen of Orleans passed away Friday morning at Jewish Hospital in Louisville at the age of 67.
Born in 1940 in Mitchell to Mildred Denen, Carl was a retiree of GM Powertrain, veteran of the US Marine Corps, and member of the Mitchell Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by his wife Brenda, daughters Angela and Stacy, brothers Larry and Jerry, sister Brenda, 5 grandchildren and one aunt.
He is preceded in death by his mother and sister Beverly.
Services were held this morning at 10:30am at the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with burial following at Mitchell Cemetery.
