Lawrence Raymond Allen of Bedford passed away Friday morning at Stonebridge Health Campus at the age of 81.
Born in 1926 in Lawrence County to Ruel and Helen Allen, Lawrence was a retired truck driver for A&H Truck Lines, Christian and member of Masonic Lodge and Murat Shrine Club.
He is survived by his sons John and Michael, sister Ruby, 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Dorothy, and brother Wayne.
Graveside services were held this morning at 10:00am at 10:00am at Green Hill Cemetery with burial following.
