Carl T. Lucas of Bedford, known to friends and family as “Tommy,” passed away Sunday evening at his home at the age of 61.
Born in 1947 in Breckenridge County, Kentucky to Archie and Lula Mae Lucas, Tommy was retired and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, daughters Lisa, Patrica and Angela, son David, sisters Ruby, Virginia, Marie and Mildred, brother Roy, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Carl Junior, and brother Otis.
Services will be held Friday morning at 10:00am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm Thursday at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home.
