Peggy Ann Mattix of Bedford passed away Saturday afternoon at her home at the age of 63.
Born in 1944 in Lawrence County to Elbert and Roberta Hubbard, and raised by Francis and Violet Weir, Peggy worked at the Bedford Walgreen’s and was a member of the Central Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband James, son Jeff, daughters Lori and Alysha, brother David, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and the Weir family who raised her.
Services will be held Wednesday morning at 11:00 at Cresthaven Funeral Home with burial to follow at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 3:00 until 8:00pm Tuesday at Cresthaven.
