Juanita Knight of Bedford, known to friends and family as “June,” passed away Tuesday morning at White River Lodge at the age of 89.
Born in 1919 in Washington, Indiana to Frederick and Ethel White, June was a homemaker and member of Mitchell Church of God and Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her daughters Mary and Sharon, 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Pauline, brother Bub, and grandson Timothy.
Services will be held Friday afternoon at 1:00pm at Ferguson-Lee Haverly Chapel in Mitchell with burial to follow at Mitchell Cemetery.
Visitation will be tomorrow from 4:00 until 8:00pm at Ferguson-Lee Haverly Chapel.
