Ruby M. Pritchard of Bedford passed away early Thursday morning at Bedford Regional Medical Center at the age of 94.
Born in 1913 in Kentucky to General Harrison and Mary Elizabeth Black, Ruby worked and retired from Sarkes-Tarzian Radio in Bloomington and was a member of the Friendly Bible Church in Bedford.
She is survived by her sons Ronald and Donald, daughters Florence, Joan, and Sharon, sister Beulah, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond, son William, brother Charles, sisters Clara, Lula and Gladys, 1 granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday afternoon at 1:00pm at the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be 3:00 until 7:00pm Sunday, and again from noon until time of service Monday at Day & Carter.
