Pasquale Magnus of Crane, known to friends and family as “Possie,” passed away Monday morning at his home at the age of 83.
Born in 1924 in Lawrence County to Joe and Mary Magnus, he was a retired sign painter, Army veteran of World War II, and lifetime member of the VFW post in crane.
He is survived by his wife Wilma, daughter Vicki, son Danny, 2 grandchildren, step-children Gina, Tina, and Tony, 7 step-grandchildren and sister Rita.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Rose, granddaughter Brandi and step-daughter Kelly Ann.
Services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:00pm at the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow at Patton Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm tonight and from 11:00am until the time of service tomorrow at Day & Carter.
