Charles Lee Cooper of Bedford passed away Monday at Bedford Regional Medical Center at the age of 35. Services will be held Thursday at 10:30 in the morning at the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with burial to follow at Sheeks Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 4:00 until 7:00PM, and from 9:30AM until the time of service Thursday.
