Garland B. Bullington, 74, Mitchell, formerly of Williamsport, died Monday. Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM Friday at Chastain Funeral Home in Mitchell. Friends may call from 5:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday and from 9:30AM until the service on Friday at the funeral home.
